I believe in these lines of Augustine. Motivation is the key driver for any individual. It can bring in the change that gets one to the pinnacle of success. Staying motivated is easier said than done, still it’s the most important attribute that pushes me to do better.
My journey too has been challenging, demanding me to excel in everything I do, driving me to get those extra efforts from within with a lot of external inspirations.
I have always believed in myself, to stand firmly in my beliefs. I call myself a social animal always trying to stay connected with my family & friends, striving for a work-life balance, yet staying truly professional in my work.

Just how powerful this line is. As we progress in our careers, we are able to relate more to each word said here. After my MBA in marketing, I took a conscious decision to spend a few years in sales, as I believe sales is the backbone of any business. It’s here I released the importance of staying close to your customer, understanding their buying behaviour etc – leading to a customer centric approach.
My later assignments in marketing had this as the core thought along with a problem-solving approach.
I have been fortunate enough of getting the opportunity to work with good brands and people. These experiences added up to me being what I am today.

I love Technology as it has brought about a sea change in our lives. Automation and proper use of newer tech products not just make our lives simpler; it also helps us in doing things in an much efficient manner
Teamwork
Working as a team is always beneficial as any task can be executed faster and more efficiently. It nurtures team building and togetherness. It also simplifies conflict resolution.
Diversity
Accepting diversity is key to developing an egalitarian society free from discrimination and bias. It also enhances productivity along with cultural unity.
Learning
“We are all lifelong Learners” – whether in personal life or professional there is something new to learn all the time. Life teaches you new lessons every day. Learning new skill is required in one’s professional life. At the same time addressing different issues gets you to learn new skills/ techniques.
Empowering & Collaborative approach
Entrusting people with empowerment to take decisions fuels their growth and confidence. It’s a very powerful tool in developing people around you. Similarly a collaborative approach enhances productivity and also instils confidence, as well as it leads to active the learning process. The outcome is you create powerful human resources.
